- Make a payment of Tk 550 as application processing fees in cash / online to MAPW-JU at Agrani Bank Ltd., JU Branch – A/C No. 0200002468124, 0r in pay order / bank draft to MAPW Office, Department of English, JU.
- Fill in the application form and submit it to the office with the payment slip
