- A bank draft/pay order (from any branch of Mercantile bank) of Tk. 1000/- payable in favor of Program Director ‘EMBA, Faculty of Business Administration, Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University’
- Two copies of attested passport-size photographs, and
- Attested copies of all academic certificates, mark-sheets, and work experience, if any, must be submitted to the Department of Accounting & Information Systems directly or by post.
