They invented various techniques to know the mind activities. Meditation is one of the techniques among these techniques. Generally, human could not put their mind for certain work. Like when you start reading or start working you cannot put your mind for this certain work. Meditation leads the human from conscious to unconscious stage. The result is human can work with their sound mind. Perfect time & place for meditation is either morning or soundless place.

Meditation is the continuous process. To get the success by meditation you have to do it regularly & certain period of time. You have to chose a place for meditation where environment is organic that means this place is free for light & air. Then you have to sit straightly & turn your muscle at organic situation. Close your eyes take breathe deeply & leave breathe slowly. After some time continue with that you have to try raising your breathing time. Then you will return with your mind at the relaxed stage. Take deep breathe & slowly leave breathe. This stage is familiar with named Relaxation. Think yourself you are the powerful person & member among the most powerful person group. Where no one has ability over you. Now you think about your past & future problem. But you have to do classification of these problems according to importance. Consecutively you will enter into the deep of the main problem. You will think positive & negative side of this problem. Judge that which side weight is high. If you thought in this way you will be able to take proper decision. But if want enter others thought you have to leave it. When you got the solution of this problem then return your mind in the earth slowly. At first stage you may lose your attention for various reasons. But don’t be worried & pessimistic. You have to need fortuitous at this stage for meditation. You have to continue your meditation with sound mind.
