The AGA is the alumni association for graduates of the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA), Australia’s tri-service military university in Canberra. An AGA Partner is an Official graduate (defined below) of ADFA who has paid the life-time membership fee
An Officer Cadet or Midshipman is recognized as officially graduating from ADFA when they receive a degree from the UNSW, and have marched on the graduation parade (or have been eligible to march on the December graduation parade as a member of the graduating class), defining the successful culmination of their academic military studies. Official Graduates are recognized with a numbered certificate issued by ADFA.
Study Subject: Scholarship is provided to study full-time MBA program at the Australian School of Business.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a Scholarship, an applicant must gain acceptance into the AGSM MBA full-time program at the Australian School of Business.
- An applicant must not be in receipt of tuition funding, or any other form of financial support connected with study, from another company or organization.
Scholarship Value: Pays up to $25,000 towards tuition.
Selection Criteria:
Applicants will be assessed on the following criteria:
- Demonstrated exceptional vision, leadership and management skills;
- High ethical standards;
- Commitment to the community;
- Must be a partner of the AGA (see definition above);
- Potential to contribute to the AGSM MBA program and the Australian School of Business community; and
- Social or economic circumstances.
