Jobs Responsibility:
- Tactical planning of project interventions and executing accordingly.
- Supervising and monitoring the project interventions.
- Planning, supervising and evaluating trainings.
- Organizing workshop, seminar, rally, meeting etc.
- Managing Finance and Staff
- Managing the procurement related task e.g. purchasing furniture, training aids & equipment etc. for project.
- To Prepare and submit periodical and need based quality reports on time.
- Maintaining inter and intra program communication and coordination.
- Coordinating with donor agency, local NGO?s and other Government organization related to program and developing public relation.
- Masters from any reputed public/ private university.
- Having MBA Degree will be given preferences.
- No 3rd class/ division/ equivalent CGPA in any academic examination is acceptable. Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates in Road Safety sector.
Experience:
At least two years work experience
Additional Job Requirements:
- Having valid Motor cycle driving license will be given preference.
- S/he has to be good presenter and should have the skill of communication.
- Should be able to work with the MS word, Excel and Power Point.
- Should have the mentality to work in team and under pressure.
Age Range: Maximum 36 years
