Career Planning

"Career Planning"

"Career Planning"I am going to giving a career planning example as my self. I think it will be helpful for every one to set up the career goals. Be continue to learn about career planning.

We must all truly understand what we want and decide accordingly, because without planning and decision nothing is accomplished well. It is difficult to form an in-depth picture about my future because I have not fully taken my journey. I hope to be in a high-level leadership role with a reputable MNC (Multinational Company) that shares my same interests 20 years from now. The position doesn’t necessarily have to be CEO or chairman, because personally I think that a title is irrelevant if you are happy with what you are doing, but I would like to be managing people.

I also hope that the high-level position will involve some aspect of people management. I have always operated under my personal credo that states “pressure equals to motivation”. This is a concept I carry with me in whatever task I am given. It doesn’t always mean that one should wait until the last minute, but it does mean that in order to get something done effectively and efficiently one must first properly motivate oneself. I am the type of individual that sees challenges as a positive thing. I would never in anyway be comfortable working in a role where I just wrote press releases and did similar repetitive tasks daily.

I understand that there are a lot of credentials that I will need in order to accomplish the goals. The first is obviously to complete my university education. My degree in HR with a major in MBA will be the most first attribute that will open doors. Upon graduating, I will have already had two internships, one with XYZ Company’s and another with X Company. I feel both of those experiences will prepare me for my genesis in the industry. It is so important to me to work in a subordinate role at first. That is why I think it is important to learn from the best possible sources first.

My first objective obviously is to get a job in people management. My immediate goal upon accomplishing employment is to work my way up in the organization. I would like to at least be in some sort of leadership role three years after acquiring my entry-level position. It is significant for me to get in that role early only because it is where I can see myself greatly exceeding, thus opening doors for bigger opportunities. It would also be a desirable position for me if within 10 years to be in charge of a region as opposed to just an office. I enjoy the aspect of traveling to complete my task in a job. I have a personal belief that same aspect of comfort leads to languid business practices. After possessing that regional leadership role, I would then strive for the position mentioned at the beginning of my essay to conclude my professional journey.

I hope to be in three years in some type of leadership position. I hope to be in 10 years in a regional director position. I hope to be in 20 years in a high-level position such as a CEO, and 40 years I hope to be teaching everything I have learned to the next generation. I believe the aspect of spontaneity should be, for the most part, distant from my career aspirations. I only get one shot at this, I am not going to be irresolute; I am going to hit the ground running. I am determined to convert my decision into action because a decision without action is just a wish.
