The Developing Solutions Scholarship Fund will reach out to students who have the potential to make a real difference to the development and prosperity of their home countries. 15 awards of 100% tuition fee scholarships are available for students from the developing and third world countries registering for taught Masters programs at Malaysia Campus.
Study Subjects and Level:
Scholarships are awarded to study in the field of Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Communication & Computer Engineering, Computer Science & Entrepreneurship, Information Technology, Management of Information Technology, Crop Biotechnology, Crop Biotechnology with Entrepreneurship, Environmental Monitoring & Management, Educational Leadership & Management, Special Needs, TESOL and International Development Management at University of Nottingham in Malaysia.
The Scholarships are obtainable for studying master’s degree level at University of Nottingham in Malaysia.
Eligibility:
Scholarships are available for students from the developing and third world countries registering for taught Masters programs at Malaysia Campus in areas related to science, technology and education.

How to Apply?
In order to apply for one of these scholarships you must:
- be holding an unconditional offer of a place on a full time Masters degree program at The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus for 2014/15 intakes. Copy of unconditional offer letter must be attached together with the application
- be classified as an ‘overseas’ student for fee purposes
- complete our scholarship application form online. Please take note only completed form with all supporting documents will be considered
- submission of application will be open from January 2014
- application for September intake is open from 15 January 2014 and closed by 15 July 2014. Successful applicants will be notified by 30 July 2014
- application for December 2014 intake is open from 15 April 2014 and closed by 15 October 2014. Successful applicants will be notified by 30 October 2014
- current students and graduates of UNMC will not be considered for this scholarship as to give new students an opportunity
- only application that is complete and meets the above requirements will be entertained

Finding out if your application has been successful
- a decision on your application will be made by a panel of University staff
- if you are successful, a member of staff from the University will contact you by email and provide a letter confirming the details of your scholarship
