Responsibility:
- Contribute to the successful growth of Select Proposition in RBWM;
- Be self-motivated to ensure delivery of objectives in a timely, efficient manner;
- Manage and build on customer service to ensure business class service is delivered at all times;
- Demonstrate proactive management of employee performance;
- Demonstrate commitment and contribution to overall team performance;
- Contribute to the RBWM service and sales goals by meeting team portfolio and customer targets and by making referrals;
- Demonstrate intelligent use and interpretation of sales management tools/management information.
Eligibility:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or related field;
- Proven and progressive analytical and planning experience within a business or project management function or equivalent;
- Strong communications, organisational, lateral thinking, decision-making, interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Proven track record in leading and managing change, particularly given the organisation’s continually evolving nature;
- Sound understanding of the HSBC business, network, customer segments, products and competitive market;
- Ability to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders.
