International Scholarships for taught MSc Students in the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing at Kingston University in UK.

Any international student applying for a taught full-time postgraduate MSc course in the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing with a confirmed Conditional or Unconditional offer of a place for the next academic intake (September or January). The Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing is offering awards of £1,500 for its taught, full-time MSc courses. Students selected to receive a scholarship award will act as an ambassador for Faculty promotional activities and events and have the opportunity to gain valuable teaching experience assisting with undergraduate classes for between four and six hours per week (for a maximum of 40 hours over the year and teaching times to be arranged to work around your MSc timetable and any other commitments you may have).

Study Subjects and Level:

Scholarships are provided for MSc course within the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing at Kingston University. The Scholarships are obtainable for studying full-time masters degree at Kingston University in UK.

Eligibility:

Any international student applying for a taught full-time postgraduate MSc course in the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing with a confirmed conditional or unconditional offer of a place for the next academic intake (September or January).

Selection Criteria:

Selection is by application only and applicants must:

  • Have a good academic record
  • Provide a statement of 500 words explaining why they think they would make a good ambassador for the course and the faculty.

How to Apply?

In order to apply for a scholarship, please complete and submit a SEC Scholarship Application Form via post or email. The application must be typed. The Scholarships procedure is separate from Admissions. Therefore, please make sure that you send in a separate application to the Scholarships Administrator as indicated on the application form.

Application Deadline: 31st July 2014 for September intake.
