Admission notice for fall semester 2013 of Master in Computer Science (Friday Program) at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Jahangirnagar University.
Applications are invited from the prospective students desiring to be IT professionals in achieving the degree of Master in Computer Science, a Friday program, offered by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Jahangirnagar University, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Applicants should have B. Sc. in CSE/CS/CSIT/IT/ECE/ETE/ICE/EEE or equivalent degree or B. Sc. (Engg.)/B. Sc. (Hons.) in any discipline related to the Mathematical and Physical Sciences or Honors degree in any discipline and at least 1-year PGD in CSE or equivalent degree approved by the departmental authority.
The Application Form and Admission Brochure can be collected from office of the department or can be downloaded from the website: http://www.juniv.edu/cse/emcs. The completed application form along with required documents should be submitted to the departmental office with an amount of BDT 500/- (in cash) as an application processing fee from July 7, 2013 during the office hour between 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Last date of Application: August 4, 2013 (Sunday) and August 13-14 on special arrangement
Written Test: August 16, 2013 (Friday) at 3:00 pm
Admission from Merit List: August 17, 2013 to August 28, 2013
Admission from Waiting List: August 29, 2013 to September 4, 2013
Orientation and Commencement of Class: September 6, 2013
