Admission Notice for spring semester 2014 of Master in Development Studies and MS in Economics at North South University (NSU)
Applicants are invited for admission into the following degree programs in spring Semester starting in January 2014
Master in Development Studies
Minimum Admission Requirements:
- A second class in a three years’ Bachelor degree OR CGPA of 2.50 in a four years’ Bachelor degree AND a second class OR CGPA 2.50 in Master degree in the field of Economics, Business, Environmental Studies, Social Welfare, Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Public Administration or other related subject from any recognized university.
- At least second class (45% or above) or a minimum CGPA of 2.5 on a 4-point scale in all exams.
MS in Economics
Minimum Admission Requirements:
- A second class in a three years’ Bachelor degree OR CGPA of 2.50 in a four years’ Bachelor degree AND a second class OR CGPA 2.50 in Master degree in Economics or in related disciplines fro any recognized university.
- At least second class (45% or above) or a minimum CGPA of 2.5 on a 4-point scale in all exams.
Last Date of Application: 12th January, 2014
Admission Test: (Written & Viva) 13th January, 2014 at 10:00 AM
Application forms are available for Tk 800 at UCBL, Bashundhara Branch.
A complete application includes:
- Application form (duly filled in)
- two passport size photographs
- Clean copies of certificates and mark-sheets (attested)
