I am constantly looking for some tips & advices for the newer to pass the interview. Here i described some tips and advices about what should do and what shouldn’t do? These are given below:
What should do?
- Start preparing early. Take as much time as you have available to you.
- Do your homework. Learn as much as you can about the company and the interviewers.
- Be ready. Antedate possible interview questions and design your answers.
- Create a good at first impression. Show up early and looking well dressed and well refreshed.
- Practice the whole thing from your handshake to your introduction.
- Answer the questions entirely and honestly. Decorate yourself in the best light, but keep on humble and brief.
- Remain polite, respectful, and positive.
- Have educated questions for the interviewers.
- Follow up with a thank-you note later the interview and an email later if you haven’t heard from them.
What shouldn’t do?
- Wait until the last minute.
- Go in knowing nothing about the industry or the position for which you’re interviewing.
- Be caught off guard. A lack of preparation creates you appear like you don’t need the job.
- Reach late or looking frazzled.
- Mistake for words or sound hesitant of yourself for the reason that you haven’t prepared.
- Overstate or lie about your accomplishments. Humming on about your accomplishments can create you look phony.
- Criticize former employers or complain about prior jobs you’ve held.
- Ask questions for the sake of querying, or ask somewhat you could have found out on your own.
- Pursue the hiring manager, as it could upset your probabilities.
